We at Olathea want your tournament experience to be enjoyable and
we will do our very best to see that it is.
Requirements for a closed course
A minimum of 50 golfers or 25 carts is required to close the course for your tournament. If you will require more than 25 carts please contact the clubhouse to make arrangements.
Shotgun starts are offered to all tournaments over or under 50 golfers. Talk to the clubhouse about weekday tournament requirements.
All Beer and Wine Coolers must be purchased from Olathea, please inform all of your tournament players. Any other beverage must be cleared with clubhouse.
You may bring your own food or have it catered. Our Pavilion is available to all of our Tournaments, please have your caterer check in with the clubhouse on where to park and set up.
A $25.00 cleaning charge will be applied if the pavilion is not cleaned after use. The pavilion is equipped with power and a cooler for food. We also have a gas grill available for a $15.00 fee.
